Shipping & Returns
- If I am not happy with my purchase, can I request a return?
-Depends on the type of product, if it is a product for personal use, such as a mask, returns are not accepted. In other cases not so specific always contact me: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Shipping costs will be borne by the customer, all products must have their original packaging and be in the same conditions in which they were sent. The money will be refunded when I receive the package again (shipping costs not included).
- The return must be made within the first 15 calendar days since the date of purchase.
- I have not received my order.
- If the package is lost after the estimated waiting days have passed, contact me so that I can send you the products you ordered again. At certain times of the year shipments usually take longer than usual, in that case the package may take longer.
- If the address is not correct I will not be able to do anything, I will not be responsible for resending the order or returning the money.
- The package has arrived damaged.
- Take a photo of the package with the products that are damaged and send an email to email@example.com. The email must contain all the purchase information you can provide, address, name, etc.
